Founded in 2024, Lymixape was created by a group of artisans and eco-conscious designers in Texas who shared the same goal: to craft furniture that leaves a positive mark on both homes and the planet. By adopting a direct-to-customer (D2C) model, Lymixape ensures that each product reaches customers without unnecessary middlemen—keeping prices transparent and guaranteeing strict environmental and quality standards.

From Workshop to Living Space

The Lymixape workshop, located at 534 E N 18th St, Abilene, TX 79601, covers over 1,000 m² and combines modern equipment with sustainable practices. CNC cutting tools and sanding stations handle precision, while finishing rooms are dedicated to natural oil treatments and non-toxic varnishes. Above all, the workshop is designed to minimize waste, recycle sawdust, and make the most of every board.

Each bookshelf is crafted with care: lumber selection, cutting, shaping, sanding, finishing, and inspection. What makes Lymixape different is not only the artistry but also the eco-ethics behind every step. From choosing FSC-certified wood to reducing carbon footprint in packaging, the process reflects a deep respect for nature.

Our Products: Sustainable by Design

Lymixape specializes in handmade Tree Bookshelves and eco-inspired shelving units. The signature collection offers ready-made designs that highlight natural wood patterns, while the custom line allows customers to request adjustments in size, finish, or detailing—all completed with sustainable materials.

The wood—solid pine, white oak, and reclaimed driftwood—is sourced from responsible suppliers like Baillie Lumber Co. (New York) and Robbins Lumber (Maine), both known for their FSC-certified operations. Every piece of lumber is selected for strength, grain quality, and sustainable origin, ensuring that each bookshelf stands as both a functional item and a symbol of environmental care.

The Creative Process

Lymixape believes in a simple principle: “respect nature at every step.” When lumber arrives at the Abilene workshop, it is checked not only for strength and durability but also for traceable sourcing records. Only responsibly harvested wood is used, ensuring that forests are preserved for future generations.

During shaping, CNC machines provide accuracy while artisans bring out the natural flow of the grain. Surfaces are sanded until smooth, then finished with plant-based oils and eco-friendly varnishes that are safe for both people and the planet. Even the scent of the wood and oils in the workshop is a reminder of Lymixape’s dedication to keeping furniture natural and healthy.

Before leaving the workshop, each bookshelf is tested for strength and inspected to make sure it meets both durability and environmental standards. Packaging is minimal, recyclable, and designed to reduce waste, so every shipment is as eco-friendly as possible.

A Small Team with a Green Vision

Lymixape is powered by a dedicated team of 10 members—designers, artisans, quality inspectors, and customer support staff—all working with one mission: to create sustainable furniture that inspires. Each artisan has at least 5 years of woodworking experience, bringing skill and care to every shelf. The quality team ensures no detail is overlooked, while customer care responds within 24 hours, guiding clients through every stage of their order.

Partnerships with UPS, FedEx, and DHL Green Delivery Programs ensure shipping that is both reliable and environmentally conscious. Each package is carefully prepared to protect the product while using recyclable materials.
