At Lymixape, we pride ourselves on the craftsmanship of every wall-mounted shelf and decorative item we offer. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, we have a clear and fair policy to support you.

Please read the policy below carefully to understand the return and refund process specific to our products.

1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must:

  • Still be within the 90-day return period

  • Be in its original condition with no signs of use, and include all shelves, brackets, detachable parts, screws, hardware, and manuals

  • Be repacked securely in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging)

  • Include a valid invoice or proof of purchase

2. Return Procedure for Each Case

A. Returns Due to Lymixape’s Fault (Damaged Product, Defect, Wrong Delivery)

We take full responsibility if you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit (broken wood, cracks, dents)

  • Defective (structural faults, misaligned brackets, or unstable installation points)

  • Incorrectly delivered (wrong model, size, or finish)

  • Cost: Free of charge ($0). Lymixape will provide a prepaid return label and arrange pickup if needed.

  • Solution: You may choose a full refund (including original shipping costs) or a brand-new replacement, if available.

B. General Return (Change of Mind)

If your shelf is in perfect condition but you wish to return it (for example, it doesn’t fit your space or you changed your mind):

  • Cost: Customer pays return shipping. We recommend a tracked service and proper protective packaging.

  • Solution: After we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the product price only (excluding original shipping fees).

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom-made shelves (special sizes, finishes, or engravings)

  • Final Sale or Clearance items (clearly marked at purchase)

  • Products damaged after delivery due to incorrect installation, misuse, or poor repacking during return shipment

4. Return Process (Steps to Follow)

Step 1 – Request a Return
Email us at [email protected] within 90 days of delivery. Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • For damaged/defective items: clear photos or videos showing the issue

Step 2 – Get Instructions
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send detailed return instructions. If it is our fault, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Step 3 – Pack & Ship the Item
Repack the shelf carefully, ideally in the original box with protective material, and ship to our Returns Department:

5. Money Back Guarantee

  • Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

  • Refund Method: Returned funds are sent back to your original payment method (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, PayPal). Store credit will only be issued if requested.

  • Email Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

  • Note: Banks may take 3–7 business days to show funds in your account.

6. Restocking Fee

Lymixape does not charge any restocking fees.

7. Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays)

  • Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST begin processing the same business day.
